What's inside

From a long list to a defensible roadmap

01

Four variables, not one

Monthly volume, business value, competition and production effort. Volume alone was never enough to decide.

02

Automatic score

Every row recalculates instantly and the table sorts by score, from the most profitable keyword to the least.

03

One decision per keyword

Chase now, later, or review and drop, based on the tier each keyword falls into within your own list.

Most content plans fail on prioritization, not on quality. The big keyword gets attacked first, the one with the least revenue and the most competition, and impact arrives late or never.

This prioritizer exists so the first keyword on your roadmap is the one that moves the business, not the one that looks best on a spreadsheet.

Frequently asked questions

What data do I need to use it?+

Just the keyword and its monthly volume, which you can pull from Ahrefs, Semrush or Google's planner. Business value, competition and effort are scored by you on a 1 to 3 scale.

How is the score calculated?+

We add business value, competition and effort, then multiply that total by the logarithm of the volume. The logarithm stops one huge but unwinnable keyword from hijacking the whole roadmap.

Why are competition and effort scored in reverse?+

Because on this scale 3 is always better. Competition 3 means low competition and effort 3 means low effort, so a high score is a valuable keyword you can actually win.

Can I export the result?+

Yes. The Export CSV button downloads the full table with scores and suggestions so you can paste it into your content plan or quarterly roadmap.

Do you store my keywords?+

No. The tool runs entirely in your browser. We only ask for your name and email to give you access.

Need to prioritize a universe of thousands of keywords?

On enterprise projects we build the prioritization model with your real data, by cluster, country and intent, and connect it to the business value of each line.
